The ISTN Mission Statement

Our Mission Statement is as follows: "The Institute for the Study of Traditional Naturopathy was founded to provide information and instruction in the use of natural means and modalities of healthy nutrition and techniques to improve the overall health and well being of people around the world. It is the desire of the Institute staff and management that individuals and families will achieve homeostasis within, and develop good habits and skills to allow for a full and functional life."

In order to pursue this goal, we have marshaled creative technical people to provide the means to teach natural health via the Internet, with on-line courses, video training, and class participation via chat rooms, forums, and email. Testing of material, as well as grading of coursework, is accomplished on-line as well.

This allows the student to take courses at their own speed, anywhere, at any time, so that it fits into their schedule, and allows for a relaxing and self-directed approach to learning. We also provide well researched, easy to understand, course materials for the student to purchase, which not only provide an excellent resource to the student, but also allow them to track their progress, make notes, and chart personal goals as they progress.

Contact us for courses requirements and costs. Books, manuals and other materials are provided at a nominal fee.
